Refund policy

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, in accordance with consumer protection law. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline and return the product within a reasonable time.

For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as when you received it. Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded in full to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Costs associated with return shipping are paid by the buyer. We recommend that you send the return with a trackable shipping method, as you as the customer are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

Please note that products that have been opened, used, or have otherwise lost value do not qualify for a full refund.
